Job Description - Receptionist
Administrative Assistant

Location: Lakewood – CO


  • Answer telephone calls

  • Greet and assist onsite clients

  • Manage formal documents and correspondences

  • Convert leads into customers

  • Plan and schedule appointments with customers

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks, book hotels, book flights, make quotes for any materials needed.

  • Make invoices, receipts, final bill, or statements for customers. 

  • Contact customers for updates on vehicles. 

  • Confirm insurance and customer payments received by shop. Deposit checks and money when needed. 

  • Help with tasks for other Dent Spot locations if needed. 


  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Good written skills

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • ​Strong organizational skills

  • Great customer service skills

Job Offer 

  • Full Time – 9am - 5:30pm 

  • Weekends availability. 

  • Compensation Range: 15/Hourly + Commission
