Major Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers Door to Door/Face to Face, lead generation and conversion.

Survey Commercial and/or Residential Hail Damage

Meet with the customers and insurance adjustors

Obtain contract signatures
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service will be considered

- Ability to listen, negotiate and effectively persuade others
-
- Self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team
-
- Positive energy and a friendly, helpful customer service approach are essential.

- A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.

- Competitive nature and integrity required

- Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, part- time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (no limit on that, you'll get paid for your produce results!)
